Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship

Big Butter and Mini Butter are available with free standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses. Delivery availability and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Shipping options for other ROAROV products can differ.

Processing and delivery

Processing and delivery depend on supplier availability, your shipping address and the carrier. We do not promise a fixed arrival date. Any estimate shown at checkout or in an order confirmation is an estimate, not a guarantee.

If you need an item by a specific date, contact us before placing your order.

Tracking

Tracking details are provided after shipment when available. Carrier updates may take time to appear. Use the link in your shipping email or view your order details.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your address carefully before paying. For an address correction, delay, missing package or damaged item, contact ROAROV promptly with your order number and relevant details. Changes may not be possible once processing or shipment begins.

Returns

See our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions. Contact us before sending anything back.
